Averie Akin, Cross Country

Sophomore Averie Akin came in 5th at the UNG Invitational on Friday and broke her personal record by 27 seconds in a time of 19:11 in the 5K race. Averie‘s 5th place finish helped the squad secure a 3rd place finish overall among competition from many DII schools.
