Olga was a crucial part of helping her teammates win three relays and take second place in two additional relays. She won the 500 free and is now ranked 9th in the NAIA for that event.  She also won the 200 fly and is now ranked 11th in NAIA in that event as well. Individually, she scored 54 points to help Brenau take third place at the Georgia Small College Invitational.

Morgan Tyler hit .416 with four stolen bases in the AAC Softball Conference Tournament. She also earned 2023 All-Tournament honors for her performance in the tournament.

Jaeva Ridley was named the Newcomer Of The Year in the AAC. She was 2nd in 400 and 400 hurdles and anchored the winning 4 x 400. She also ran the fastest leg on the 4 x 800.

Makayla is a freshman flyer and has improved so much this season and did a phenomenal job at NCA Nationals this past week helping the team place 2nd at Nationals

Alyssa Bedenbaugh threw a three-hit shutout in five innings of work in a run-rule win versus Union College. For the year, the pitcher has six wins and a 2.57 ERA in 15 appearances for the Golden Tigers.

Senior Bianca Andersen went undefeated this past week in doubles (2-0) and singles (1-0) play. Against Point University, Bianca (and her partner Mary Wynn Brannon) won 6-0 at doubles No. 1. And then in a tough 5-2 victory against Milligan, Bianca/Mary Wynn saved multiple match points at doubles No. 1 to win 7-6 (13-11) and clinch the doubles point for Brenau.

Kayla averaged 6 points and 12 rebounds for the week in three AAC games. The sophomore post player set a career-high with 18 rebounds vs Columbia. For the season, she has five double-digit rebounding games and is averaging 5.5 points and 8.1 rebounds per game.

Anna averaged 16 points, four rebounds, two assists and two steals in two basketball games last week. Against Union, she tallied a career-high 21 points and is currently in the top-15 in scoring in the Appalachian Athletic Conference.

Wicht dropped 31.19 seconds off her season-best time in the 500-yard free to qualify for the A finals in our meet last week. She scored 11 points for Brenau.

• November 22, 2022

Tyleia averaged 14 points and 7 rebounds in two games against Columbia and Bluefield. Against Columbia, the senior guard had 16 points and 10 rebounds for her first career double-double.

• November 15, 2022

Senior Julieanne Saliba received AAC Libero of the Year honors as well as All-AAC First-Team honors for her performance during the 2022 season. The Buford, Ga. native registered a 5.43 digs-per-set average.

Magali has been stellar as a center back for us in her first year. In a role/position typically reserved for an experienced veteran, Magali has been one of the keys to our defense this year.
