Gainesville, Ga.- The Brenau soccer team rolled past Kentucky Christian University 7-0 in Appalachian Athletic Conference play on Saturday.
The Golden Tigers tallied three goals in the first half of play, then added four more in the second half to earn the victory.
Freshman Madison Kitson scored two goals to lead the squad, while Xiomara Lara added two goals in the win. Madi McMahon, Sofia Cavazos, and Gladys Sepulveda also scored goals, while Bridgett Zuniga-Padron notched two assists, and Kitson, Bautista, and Ryalie Acker each added one assist.
The Golden Tigers dominated possession by outshooting the host Crusaders 36-5.
Brenau (3-2 overall, 2-1 AAC) takes on St. Andrews (NC) University (0-5 overall, 0-2 AAC) at 3 pm on Wednesday at Allen Creek Soccer Complex in Gainesville.
